March 12, 2013 -- Bull meets Ben441 viewsThis fan story comes from Morris “Bull†Kay of Birmingham, Alabama, and took place on (where else but) the golf course:
"We were playing golf at Reynolds Plantation on the Great Waters Course, and Ben was playing behind us. My friend left his 4 wood on one of the previous holes and when Ben and his playing partner caught up to us we realized that they had picked it up for us. We immediately recognized him, and he was very nice to autograph a ball for us and to stand in for the photo op.
"It was nice and chilly that day with temperatures in the low to mid 50′s, but we noticed he was wearing shorts, lol. By the way, he hits the ball very well.
"All of my Steelers buddies are very jealous. Very nice guy!" – Morris “Bull†Kay
*Thank you Bull!!

November 18, 2018: Steelers vs Jaguars441 views“I think I actually hurt the team more most of the game. It’s really how you finish. So many guys stepped up today. Guys never quit. We fought until the end. We got down the field. Guys made plays.†— Ben.

February, 2013 - Garrett Koch's school project440 viewsGarrett and his teacher, Mrs. Stahlman, pose with his poster.
Students in Mrs. Stahlman's third grade class at Big Walnut Elementary School in Sunbury, Ohio recently learned about biographies through an interest-based project. Students were given the choice of a famous person that they wanted to research. Their end project was the biography poster. Garrett is a huge Steelers fan and loves wearing his Roethlisberger jersey to school, so the choice of completing his project on Big Ben was an easy one!
Mark Cooper, Principal of Big Walnut Elemetary (and a big Steelers fan himself) tweeted Garrett's awesome poster to the site's Twitter page!
And thank you to Garrett's parents, both of whom are Cleveland Browns fans, for allowing us to share Garrett's work with his fellow Steelers fans!

From Monterrey, Mexico to the Steel City to catch a game!440 viewsFrom Roger Saucedo....his story of the Regios De Acero Steelers Fan Club trip to Heinz Field continues:
We knew that the temperature expected for Sunday night was 19.4 F but for us all that really mattered was to be at Heinz Field supporting our beloved team…no matter how cold it got!
It was freezing, lol, but we saw a great game and it was priceless that we saw our Steelers win at home while we were in attendence! What fun we had!!
We left Pittsburgh on Monday morning, another 40 hours back to Monterrey, but its true when I say that we had such a good time that we’ll be back!
Thank you Big Ben and the Steelers for making our trip worth every mile!!
